We DO NOT sell, share or otherwise give your child's name, email address, street address or telephone number to ANYONE else.
 

WHEN DO WE ASK FOR INFORMATION FROM YOUR CHILD?
 

We do not ask for information from your child. We restrict the use of free services on our site that require posting an email address (classified ads, for example) to users over 13 years of age. Most of the information on our site (the library, the museums, the directories, etc.) can all be accessed anonymously by your child without having to give us any identifying information. We have no passwords.
 

WHEN CHILDREN PLACE ORDERS WITH US
 

If your child places an order with us, it will be via direct mail. (Please do not allow your child to place an order with us using your credit card. That is against credit card regulations.) The order stays on file in its original paper form for bookkeeping/tax purposes only. Contact information from the order is not computerized or stored on a computer. We do not add your child's name to a mailing list. If your child provides an email address, we may contact him/her via email if there is a problem with the order, or to send him/her our standard confirmation of shipment. We send no further messages to your child.
 

WHEN CHILDREN CONTACT US BY EMAIL
 

Your child might contact us by email to ask a question about magic tricks or magic history. We will respond to your child's question via email. Your child's email message and email address are then deleted from our system. That information is not stored, nor do we send any further communication to your child unless your child sends another email with another question.
 

SUBSCRIPTION TO OUR NEWSLETTER
 

Subscriptions to our email newsletter are restricted to persons over 13 years of age. This restriction is clearly posted on the newsletter signup page. We do not wish to send our newsletters to children. If you would like your child to receive the newsletter, we request that you sign up for the newsletter yourself, and share it with your child.
 

WE HONOR "REMOVE" REQUESTS IMMEDIATELY
 

If you discover that your child has signed up for our newsletter or has posted a classified ad or secured a listing in the Directory without our knowledge of his/her age, please contact us and we will remove his/her information from our lists immediately. In addition, we will put a block on the child's IP address, preventing him/her from submitting information to us again.
